I agree to pay Rs.500/- Yearly. With reference to your application and subsequent interviews you have had with us, and further to letter of offer, we are pleased to appoint you as PLAYER/ORGANISER in our organization subject to the following terms and conditions. This letter of appointment supersedes all other communication made to you prior to the date of issue of this appointment letter. 1. PLACE OF PLAY : Any comfortable Place, Chess Clubs, Tournament Halls etc., 2. RESPONSIBILITY : Playing, Learning Chess or Organising Chess Tournaments. During the Tournaments, or in the club, tobacco chewing or alcoholic/Drug addiction nature is not allowed. To Play according to Rules & regulations. 3. TERMINATION : No Termination in our Organisation (except Suspension of Playing/Organising/Coaching/Umpiring Shatranj Activities. (in case of improper performance only). 4. DISCIPLINE : * No Physical Violence in any conditions. You shall be expected to abide by the rules and regulations of the organisation, be courteous, honest and professional within the organisation or with its clients/customers, and maintains and represent the organisation’s high standards of professional services at all times, whether in the organisation or at its client’s site(s). 5.AUTHENTICITY OF INFORMATION : This Registration is made on the basis of information provided by you in online Registration. Photos of your Face, ID PROOF & other(if any) will be kept for records . If any declaration given by you to the Organisation prove to be false or if you are found to have willfully suppressed any material information, you will be liable to be Suspended/Disabled/Removed from services. * As per Requirements of Society, Organisation has rights to change/update policies. Apart from the above terms and conditions, you shall be bound by, and shall adhere to such other rules and regulations as implied, from time, in the organisation.
